Looking ahead to 2021

As 2020 draws to a close (thank goodness, many say), there is no disputing it has been an unusual year. This time last year, we hadn't even heard of 'Covid-19', let alone 'lockdown', and were looking forward to a successful 2020.

So, with 2021 just around the corner, what has 2020 taught our business community and what are the most valuable lessons we will take forward to 2021?

How are we 'setting our stall' to get ready for and make the most of next year?

How are going to make the most of these (seemingly on-going) uncertainties? What collaborations are we seeking? How can we plan and forecast with (at least) a decent amount of certainty?

Add in the challenges of managing and supporting remote workers, restrictions that come and go, and a general nervousness over economic confidence looking ahead, and 2021 will represent plenty of challenges and an exciting opportunity.

In this #VirtualTable event, we shall be discussing the challenges facing Directors, managers and business owners in looking ahead to 2021 despite the challenges.

Clearly, we now live in a rapidly changing business landscape, and resilience, flexibility and contingency planning are all likely to be significant parts of our business future as we look ahead to next year. As always, there is plenty to consider, and no doubt a topic we shall be returning to!

Aimed at SME Directors and senior managers (although open to anyone in business), these events will be held in a confidential online environment, where all those attending are encouraged to participate with the aim of delivering improved understanding and clarity. There will also be plenty of opportunity for Q&A.

Each event will be a maximum of 60 minutes.

In order to ensure this event is delivered to the highest quality (given the limitations of an online event), numbers attending are limited.
